Outreach Programs

Inspiring Through Dance, Connecting Through Community

At the International Ballet Theatre and Academy (IBT), we believe the arts should be accessible to everyone. Our Education & Outreach Program opens the world of ballet to children, families, schools, and the community, sparking creativity, joy, and lifelong appreciation for the arts.

IBT's Education & Outreach

For 25 years, IBT has nurtured creativity, discipline, and joy through dance. We recognize that many families, schools, and communities face barriers to experiencing the arts. That’s why we designed our outreach programs: to break down those barriers, share the gift of dance, and uplift young people through meaningful, joyful experiences.

How We Approach It

  • By welcoming families into our academy with community celebrations and open houses

  • By partnering with schools, preschools, and youth organizations for accessible, inspiring programs

  • By supporting our dancers through leadership development that extends beyond the stage

  • Together, we’re building a stronger, more connected community, one step at a time.
